Exercising Vibes
Fitness is so important to me. I do various types of exercises; kickboxing, Tai Chi, Qi Quong, high/low impact cardio, walking, jogging, weight lifting, and zumba. I do a cardio workout early in the morning and a lighter workout in the evening; Tai Chi, yoga, Qi Quong, or a 15 minute stomach toning session. Some people find themselves too busy to exercise, which is understandable in a sense. Do not put that negative thought in your mind. Workout at least three times a week. You do not have to work out for 30 minutes...workout for at least 7-15 minutes a day. It is beneficial for your mood and health if you exercise for even only a small period of time. Working out makes you feel good inside and out!
