Going Raw For Health 🌿🌿


 Hope everyone is having a terrific summer filled with fresh veggies and fruit;)

Speaking of fresh veggies and fruit...I am including more raw veggies and fruit to my diet Again. I have to pay attention to my diet. As a vegan sometimes we can eat too much vegan fast-food, carbs, foods or that are processed. I feel better, and I have lost weight😊 

There are many benefits to eating raw veggies/fruit.

•Better Skin

•Improved Digestion

•Reduced Risk of Cardiovascular Disease

My favorite meal is a fresh salad:)
