Immune Booster Teas
Tea is relaxing and delicious, giving you a warm, cozy feeling. Most tea is filled with many nutrients. Sadly, it is so many viruses and germs/bacteria that continually plague our society daily. Boosting our immune systems daily is a must! I am currently consuming 3 teas; ginger, elderberry, and rosemary teas.
Here are the following health benefits:
Ginger tea: Antioxidants and other nutrients in ginger can treat arthritis, inflammation, and various types of infection. Researchers have also studied its potential to reduce the risk of diabetes, cancer, stomach aches, nausea, and other health problems. Ginger also contain antibacterial agents.
Elderberry tea: There are many reported benefits of elderberries. Not only are they nutritious, but they may also fight cold and flu symptoms, support heart health and fight inflammation and infections, among other benefits.
Raspberry tea: Red raspberry leaves are rich in vitamins and minerals.They provide B vitamins, vitamin C and a number of minerals, including potassium, magnesium, zinc, phosphorus, and iron. It has many antioxidant properties. Raspberry leaf is significantly known as the "Women's Herb"
