Quarantined for Coronavirus

Hi all!

 I hope that you are taking necessary precautions for COVID-19 virus. I am sure you have heard about important tips to avoid obtaining or spreading this virus. There is a few tips that the media doesn't mention that I would love to share:)


Cabin Fever

We all know we are required to stay indoors to protect ourselves and others. Please be careful about developing cabin fever. This can make you feel restless, irritable, and stir-crazy. Go for a short walk(distance precautions with others), sit on balcony or porch. We all need sunlight and a breath of fresh air to maintain a healthy mental state.


Eat Healthy

 Pay close attention to your diet and physical health. You should eat 3 well balanced meals daily. Do not fall into binge eating or eating daily sweet treats. Make sure you are obtaining enough fruits, veggies, and water.



Exercise

Guess what? You have tons of free time to exercise regularly. No excuses! Working out will maintain physical fitness, and release endorphins. Staying active and eating healthy is not only good for your body, but also the mind.
