Things to avoid in your food, there are many more bad chemicals added to our food supply. These are just a few to watch out for: malodextrin, aspartame, saccharine, genectically modified organisms,TBHQ,TSP, high fructose syrup, citric acid, canola oil, partially hydrogenated oil, butylated hydroxyanisole, sodium nitrate, propyl gallate, sodium benzoate, sugar, potassium bromate, food colorings, monosodium glutamate, bht, soybean oil, propylene glycol alginate, polysorbate 60, textured soy protein concentrate, carrageenan, disodium guanylate, modified cornstarch, reduced iron.

Make sure you eat food that are labeled as No GMO, and No high fructose syrup. Eat and drink organically! Shop in the organic section of the supermarket.
